My complaint:
On January 19,2021 at around noon, I placed an order online to be delivered the same day at 4:45 pm. I got a ation email. Confirmation 3.
At around 5 pm 7. Called the pizza place and the person that answered my call told me they didn’t receive my order. She didn’t apologize or offered to make my order and hang up. At around 615 pm I called again and told a different person I had the ation email and he simply gave the phone back to the previous associate and very rudely basically said she didn’t care if I called customer service.
Suggested solution:
Have better computers or train your employees better.
