My complaint:
I put in an order for delivery via dominos app on sept 13 2020. At around 130 is when i put in my order and my delivery driver named Kyrie “left” with my order around 2. I had waited almost 30 minutes after 2:00 until i called the dominos store on 321 W Main St Havelock, NC 28532. After explaining that i had been waiting almost an hour and some minutes the employee that had answered told me that kyrie just left with my order. That was the end of that. At around 330 i had still not recieved my order. At this point i called again and was told that there was a “shortage of drivers”. When i called saying i wanted to cancel the order after 2 hours the employee who answered gave me horrible attitude and just hung the phone up. I have not yet seen the money i spent.
Suggested solution:
Giving me my money back. Fixing attitude and updating me with location?
