My complaint:
ordered pizza at 5:40pm, delivery time 35-40 min,
after 1hr 20 min, I called back, Manage told Person working phone he canceled my order because they don’t deliver to my location, this is not true, we have ordered pizza in the past and had it delivered here
No one bothered to call and tell me they canceled my order,
I filed a complaint on COMPLAINBIZ
Suggested solution:
Should have called me
Offer me a free pizza
