My complaint:
I was at your west Chester, pa location picking up an order I had placed online, today Upon entering, I noticed an employee folding boxes in the lobby, wearing his mask as a chin strap. About half the staff weren’t wearing masks properly. There is simply no way to justify not wearing a mask.. How exactly are you enforcing this with customers when the staff isn’t following it? I noticed there were a couple of gentlemen there… could’ve been the general manager and a D.O. this was occurred in the presence of them and neither of them said anything to anyone. As someone whom wears a mask 10 hours a day myself, I understand they aren’t comfortable, but I still wear it.
Suggested solution:
Ensure your staff members are wearing masks. It's such a simple simple thing to do. I cannot believe why people cannot do it.
