My complaint:
I ordered three pizza last night from online. I paid for the half price pizzas because 8 thought it was nice they were doing a deal in the middle of of this covid -19 crisis and I want to help support the business that will try to remain open to help. However, when I got to the store to pay I realized the team had absolutely no mask on. I halted for a moment before I paid but decided, OK let me just do this because I have nothing else to make for dinner at this time.
I get home with the pizza after waiting for them to make it, despite me ordering it ahead of time, the pizza is so poorly made that I instantly regret this decision. The two pizzas that where regular crust where so thin and hardly had and toppings. One was suppose to be an extravaganza and it had the amount of toppings of a two topping pizza, if that. They were all so done that the crust was hard and the toppings were almost burnt.
We also ordered a chicken bacon and cheese pizza, thin crust. The chicken was AWEFUL! There was no cheddar cheese as ordered and the bacon was as hard as a rock to the point we had to pull it off the pizza because we were afraid it was going to break a tooth.
I have never been so disappointed at dominoes in my life!
Suggested solution:
I paid 27.01 for these pizzas and the only reason we choked them down was because we had nothing else to make for dinner last night. Had I, I would have taken them right back to the store and demanded a refund. I would expect at least partial refund on this order.
