My complaint:
I order from domino’s through swiggy. I placed order at
9:00pm. My order was prepaid and restaurant ed the order. At 9:25pm they showed that
delivery boy was out for delivery but he never come. I didn’t received my order. I didn’t even receive
any call from domino’s whether they are delivering or not. I called them so many times but they didn’t
received the call. Almost after 11pm the order was cancelled. I waited for my order for 2 hours and guests were there in our house but order was not delivered and that was too late to order from
somewhere else. We were hungry but we were out of options.
Suggested solution:
The company should compensate us and the store manager and that delivery boy should come back to us to be sorry for the same.
