My complaint:
Your tracker says my pizza arrived but I haven’t received it yet. Its now been almost two hours I placed my order at 06142020 1:19AM and its now 3:04am.
I don’t know if after a certain time it allowes you to order online but the services is no longer available. If this is the case I would highly encourage to have a disclaimer saying that your delivery service is no longer available.
Its not a huge deal that I didn’t get my pizza I didn’t pay for it but its frustrating that I was inform that I wouldn’t be receiving it, I could of at least just made KD for me and my friends and go to bed.
However I really hope this isn’t the case but is a possibility is that your delivery person was in an accident.
Suggested solution:
Honestly I don't really care that I didn't get my pizza but I do want to know if the delivery person is okay or if your delivery service isn't available an hour before closing time so I don't make this mistake again.
