Dominos Pizza complaint: 3rd time cancellation

My complaint:

I order online in plenty of time before you close. I have had my order cancelled 3 times now. The last 2 times they don’t even bother to call you and tell you. I sit around 30-40 minutes and then check tracker just to see that my food isn’t coming. On top of that I redeemed my free pizza from my points and now it’s gone because it was part of the order that got cancelled. I don’t understand how there is 4 hours until you close and can’t get my order done and delivered. It’s awful that you don’t even get a call or anything letting you know the food you think is coming to feed your kids with isn’t coming. Very disappointed at this domino’s. Once maybe but 3 times on 3 different occasions and no call? Really?

You tell me. To me there is no reason for this to even happen.
