My complaint:

Ordered online waited for the food, got a call from the driver saying to come down , the delivery person was not downstairs he was at the wrong address, I waited outside trying to guide him and he still couldn’t find the address. I ended up seeing him drive passed us 2 times and when we told him to turn around he started screaming at us on the phone saying he was not going to deliver the food that we would just not get to eat tonight. I called the franchise location in north Bergen and spoke to the manager Caesar. He at first refused to refund us the money saying he couldn’t refund us the money for that reason. We did not have our food or our money. After a while he spoke to the delivery person and said he would refund our money. Or time wasted now we have no food for the service we payed for. The delivery person and the manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager told us we were at fault because we gave the wrong address. That was literally our address and we have never had any issues with having food delivered.However I will never be ordering food from this location again.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back as soon as possible, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Besides ordering for my family, we also used to order for our business meetings at work.I’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again either. The level of unprofessional behavior and no regards towards customer service is very alarming.
