Complaint: Never received my pizza

My complaint:

I ordered a pizza and a sprite last night but I never received my order. When I called the store and tried to explain that someone else lied and accepted my order, I was hung up on twice. The third time I spoke to the manager Ricky. He explained that the pizza was delivered to my apt because someone accepted it. I told him again that I am at my apt and can ensure that I never received my pizza. Instead of offering a refund straight away or another order to be delivered, he just kept ignorantly stating that the pizza was delivered correctly

It was the worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced in my life. He finally went on to say that he’d give me a refund, but then said that he’d be removing my address from his system so they wouldn’t ever deliver to me ever again.

I can understand how people could lie to receive extra food, but he should have at least stated that because of other people lying about it, we can’t redeliver but we can give a refund. But the refund comment didn’t even come until after I kept trying to convince him that he was incorrect.

Suggested solution:

I need to get a large gift card for dominos to make up for this horrible experience and also, the manager Ricky needs to be trained how to appropriately handle these types of situations. That was my only location that I can order delivery from during Covid Quarantine and now, I will have to drive to pick up my order from another location that is out of my way. Please provide a large gift card and disciplinary action to Ricky the manager for the dominoes on Cedar Street.
