My complaint:
I placed an order for $25 at 6:57pm after waiting for an hour and 30 minutes i decide to call the store that is by the way 10 min away from my building but they never answered. After trying several times finally someone pick the phone up and hung up on me right after.. at this point i just want to cancel my order and get my money back
