My complaint:
This will be the second time in less than a month we have ACCIDENTALLY placed our order with this dominoes after 4pm. As we have lived in the area fir over 24 years we have ordered before 4 pm no prob. As soon as the evening rush starts for them, customers are basically screwed. The orders take 2 to 3 hours to arrive and absolutely no answer to the phone . Last 2 times been on hold for over 1 hour and no contact. It’s called communication. Spend all the money on websites and cute little things for customers to watch their order. No communication and all that money. Sad and disappointed. Dominoes used to be one you could count on but now there worse than most. Ordering less and less
