My complaint:
My food was one hour and a half late. The pizza was cold and dried out. I ordered a traditional mild wings with the request of them to be sent through the oven 3 times as I always do. They weren’t and they didn’t have any sauce on them when I asked for mild sauce. I called back to complain but a young lady put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I had to clock in on my job so I hung up. My phone number is 3363430854. My husband was upset so he tossed the food and got our children McDondalds.
Suggested solution:
I spoke with a manager and she’s giving me a refund and some store credits. I think that’s a good thing.
