I went to the dominoes at around 11:05 pm on 922020 to pick up an order on my lunch break, after I got that order, I asked was the salads pre made and was they fresh the lady at the window said yes and rung me up from my salad and a lemonade, I paid for it with my card got it and left I had to be back at work at 11:28 so I pulled off without looking at it assuming it was ok because I asked before I got it, when I pulled back up to work(Amazon Sortation Center)at 11:22 I walked inside clocked back in and looked at the salad and seen the lettuce was brown, I called back to the dominos and told a guy who was also working that night what was wrong before I could get done I can her the young lady say give me the phone and she said , now what’s wrong with tour salad? In a nasty tone. So I told her it was brown and she said no it wasn’t when she looked at it it was not, I said I only went down the street to work ain’t no way I did something to it or it changed that fast can I get a refund because I’m at work and can’t leave again I ll just buy something out the machine to eat because I don’t get off til 3am, she say in a nasty tone , ok ok whatever but u won’t ever be able to get a credit from dominos in the future, I said ok but u don’t have to be rude because u sold me a brown salad so I don’t care bout a credit I just want a refund ma am , she said well whatever I’m a refund you yo money ok so bye and hung up in my face. That was rude and unprofessional, I didn’t deserve that and I really need y’all to follow up with them so I can get my refund because she probably not give it to me and that’s gonna be a real problem. I was nothing but nice to that lady
Make sure I get my refund and retrain that employee on her customer service skills.
