My complaint:

I ordered two medium pizzas two toppings each gave credit card information over the telephone which the amount was deducted from my account. Went into the store to pick up my two pizzas and they had no name no telephone number nothing to prove that the pizzas were ordered after it was looked into they realized my order had been voided for some reason and asked if I would like to Reorder.

At that time I made four telephone calls to the store went in twice and they still said they had no order. After they realized they had made a mistake they should have offered us the two pizzas for no charge Instead they asked if I would like to place the same order. I am a regular customer and they should have offered this at no charge which came to approximately $13. Because the money was already taken from my credit account I asked for a refund and they said it would probably take a couple of days I spoke to someone named Rose at the dominoes location on Beneva and Weber In Sarasota. And, because of all of the time involved with the situation they should have offered the pizzas to us at no charge.
