My complaint:

The last order did not arrive, I am waiting for you to return my money as you promised me. The order was supposed to arrive at 10:45 pm, at 11:05 pm I called and I was told that he did not know when he would arrive because he still had to deliver an order at that time. My lunch break was only 30 minutes!
