My complaint:
I’m not one to ever make complaints especially because I work and have worked in the food service industry for over 10 years, but what I experienced tonight was enraging and embarrassingly unprofessional. I made a pick up order at this site, waited for 15 mins to leave my house then drove to get my pizza, when entering the store I was greeted by a delivery driver and told me my pizza would be a few more minutes which is totally fine. He left and the staff remaining which consisted of young girls not only ignored me but were laughing and goofing off and literally talking shit about other customers and acting like they weren’t even at work. 25 minutes later when one of the girls actually asks if I’m waiting for a pizza I say yes and tell her my name, the girls in the back immediately start trying to belittling me and start mocking me by repeating my name in strange tones of voices while the others are laughing at her doing it to me?
I’m sorry but whoever is managing this place is doing a horrible job and needs to replace some of their staff immediately. I manage a bar and restaurant and I would fire my employees if they EVER acted like this. Completely unprofessional experience

Get better management. Replace those employees
