My complaint:
I paid for the pizza by card like I always do, and they did not leave my pizza where I requested, my pizza said delivered on the app but it wasn’t at my house, I waited 10 minutes for a call from employee, but no call or text to let me know what’s going on with my order, and I left my cell number on the order, I called 40404 California Oaks rd dominoes, and they did not pick up, I had to show up to the store while on hold with them for over 20 minutes.
When I got there and asked why my pizza said delivered when it was wasn’t, employee was unapologetic and showed no remorse for the inconvenience he put me through, he simply stated “it’s only a pizza” which infuriated me, he was unprofessional and provoked me to be even more angry, I told him why did he not deliver my already paid pizza and his answer was that he needed a signature, so he left with my paid food, without calling or texting me on what’s going, when I have bought many pizzas here through my card, and all the times, they will leave my pizza on the chair if I don’t get to the door on time, because I already paid for it, and He did not tell me he was sorry once , only to stop yelling at him, and that he still needs a signature before he gives me my already paid pizza, employee showed zero skill of customer service and only made the situation worse instead of diffusing it, which made me even more mad, that’s when his manager and co worker stepped in and told him to go to the back, and they both apologized for his belligerent rambling, I was angry I told them I wasnt going to sign anything , and to issue my refund immediately, I would like William fired, he did not conduct himself professionally, and only escalated the situation he created when I got there. He lied on the app saying it was delivered, and was extremely rude, belligerent, and unapologetic in person, like I said I didn’t get one apology only a simple statement that ”it’s just a pizza” and “stop yelling at me” thank you for your consideration.
Suggested solution:
I want this employee from dominoes fired.
