Dominos Pizza complaint: Money was taken and now guy is refusing to refund

My complaint:

I made an order on June 9th 2020 for a two tuesday garlic bread and garlic bread and then I went to pay but the payment wasn’t accepted because the bank card used didn’t match the postcode.
The guy explained that no money will be taken out and it didn’t go through.
Few minutes afterwards £24.47 (which is what the food amounted to), was taken out of my account.
When we rang the back, his stories kept changing and he said that he didn’t take any money out of the account and didn’t owe us a refund then he said that he’s issued a refund and then when we asked how long he said he didn’t know?
He sounded very rude and not sorry?
He claimed he was the manager and his name was gabor.
Now I have no money no food?
Fix this please or I’ll be going to the store or the newspaper and making sure customers know that one of your stores takes money from customers.
