My complaint:

Yesterday, on 81621, at around 1:53 pm, I ordered a small pepperoni pizza to be delivered to my place from the Domino’s Pizza in Waltham in Lexington Street. The lady who answered my call was very rude and said the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. The pizza never came and I called after two hours to explain this. She didn’t believe me and claimed that the driver told her the pizza was delivered when it never was. The worst part of it was they still took $15.27 from my credit card, basically charging me for something I never received. I called to speak to the manager today and he was one of the worst humans I ever spoke to. He didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence or tell them what fully happened; he just yelled at me saying the driver delivered the pizza yesterday (the driver lied, no pizza was ever delivered), and he immediately hung up on me. I called again and they hung up again without even picking up. I won’t order from here anymore and I hope they shut this place down.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund of my $15.27 back on my credit card and it’d be nice if the employees were all fired who put me through this.
