My complaint:

On Tuesday, I was sent email stating one pizza of the prices of two pizzas however after making the order I was asked to pay £20 pounds . My question were is the deal for Tuesday as I could get the same two pizzas for £20 pounds any way and on any day too as I have been a customer for this Southall shop for more than 6 years and I well know the your prices.
I have spoken to the manager, SZABI , who told me to pay £9 then changed his mind this is poor management as well as this misleading deal.
Domino’s pizza is a respected company and should not and must not mislead customers.

Suggested solution:

I should get the two pizzas for the price of £9 as stated. I am not happy and stressed right now and I am not going to get anything again.

And do not miss lead by such deals that you could not meet
The prices is around the same and I could provide my bank account to show you that the price has not changed
