My complaint:
I ordered a pizza at noon est time to be delivered at 6 cst and at 720 cst the pizza still has not arrived. When I tried calling the phone went to another store. Employee at the woodlands store refused to let us speak with a manager. He was very rude. When delivery arrived I requested a call from his manager and he never called me.
Suggested solution:
Manager should call and apologize
