My complaint:

I called to place an order tonight around 645 and someone answered the phone and placed me on hold. I held on 10min and decided to go up to the place. I get in there and this lil small dark skinned young lady with a long ponytail with no badge on ask can she take my order. I let her hear me still on hold and she’s just standing at the register. I say you standing here with me on hold. She just smile and hunch her shoulders. This is not the first or second time I’ve been dun this way. I spoke to the manager b4 about this. It is an on going issue.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Find ppl who wants to work. Train the cashiers right hold them accountable. Dominos loose business and money every time they do this. Some customers won’t do like I did and come in. They will shop somewhere else.
