My complaint:
3 weeks ago I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and feta and spinach cheesy bread. And always 2-3 extra garlic butter sauce cups.(of course we pay extra for it)We asked for no mushrooms due to allergies.. We recieved it wit mushrooms so could not eat it and had to go… Do they did replace the pizza and we ordered and feta and spinach bread which we paid for the cheesy bread.. Pizza was comped..I called back to remind them to put 2-3 extra garlic sauces in wit delivery driver.. The kids said ur gonna have to pay for these before I send them.. I’m like look I’m drivng and this pizza was remade from you all’s mistake let me talk to manager.. He’s like I am the manager sounding all stoned outta his mind.. His name is Zach.. I’m like oh ok so your making me pay which is fine however I’m driving just I’ll have my boyfriend pay cash when you guys get to the house.. He’s like no I can only take money thru decor card since you paid for cheesey bread that way.. I’m like wow ok..I had to call boyfriend and he paid them thru the phone for 2 extra sauces.. Delivery guy shows up.. Bam no extra sauce.. Then I got an email stating the recognized there under par service and will compensate me..I go to clock on email a lil over a week later and it says coupon expired.. I’m like oh that’s crazy it was in very small print..I call the store and Zach the manager is stoned outta his mind again and says he can’t do anything bout it for me to call corporate.. Cuz corporate have me the email for free pizza anyways.. I’m like as a manager you can’t handle this.. His like nope.. I’m over that disrespectful customer service

Give me the right order and demote Nick to dishwasher and retrain him on customer service policies
