My complaint:
I called to make an order at 8:20 to the Dominos in Whitehall, the female taking my order was speaking extremely fast was very rude. I asked her to slow down please because i couldn’t understand her she sighed and sounded completely annoyed with me. I then asked for the manager and she said she was the manager then i asked for someone more pleasant decided to order from a different location report this issue.
Suggested solution:
Retrain her on how she should be on a call, my food is in your hands if you can’t handle a simple call with a simple order then you shouldn't be in a management position.
