My complaint:
I had questions about a botched order made in the past where dominos sent me a 50% off my next order and it didn’t work. The manager talked to me one way and when she thought the phone was muted she completely mocked me yelling my name in public. I actually managed the store I’m complaining about and its hard to see how people care so little. Joe Seagull is the owner and I cant imagine how someone with such little respect for the customer was hired and can be in charge. The manager who cares so little for integrity was called “Tia”. I have worked in all capacities for Dominos and would have never treated a customer like myself with so much disrespect. I am ashamed to have been associated with this company in Bowling Green. The Dominos in SC and NC were run with more pride and dignity.

APOLOGIZE FOR MOCKING ME WHEN I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING!!
