My complaint:
I had ordered from your Online app today. The amount got debited via Amazon Pay but the same wasn’t processed. Hence I had to repay the amount for placing the order the second time
Suggested solution:
Kindly refund the wrongly debited amount
I also preordered pizza from online app on 10 aug for the date 12 aug and the amount got debited via paytm today when i checked it shows ordered cancelled if the order is cancelled why they didn’t refund my money??
And today i again reorder the same pizza i had to repay the amount and now it shows pending confirmation. what going to happen tomorrow the pizza will deliver or not?
After all this i called to customer care its telling plzz check the number or the number is wrong.
