My complaint:

I ordered the pizza at 8:51 pm. The approximate time was 50-60mins. I called the store on Sunset Red. to ask why it was taking so long for my order. I talked to an employee first who said my order would be ready in 5 mins. I asked to speak to the manager, Chris, and he did exhibit good customer service skills. He became upset and got an attitude with me. I reminded him that he was supposed to have good customer service. He lied to me and said that he hadn’t fixed my order but it was already made.

Suggested solution:

He needs more training in customer service and some kind of consequence needs to be put in place for his actions. I will not b ordering from that store again. I was highly unsatisfied with my experience. I have written a bad review on social media.
