My complaint:
I called the restaurant to place an order an hour before closing. The never answered the phone. I called again as I was pulling into there parking lot, they still didn’t answer. I was looking at them not answering my call. I pulled to the window and the manager look at me and ignored me for 5 min. Then another employee saw me and she turned away from me. Then the manager finally came to the window just to tell me if have to come in an order because that wasn’t a drive through. I came into the store and stood at the register another 2 to 5 minutes watching her make dough up and she still said nothing to me. Finally she asked for my order. I stood in there 15 min waiting on my order just to find out that the guy walking around was the one who was going to make my pizza and he was not even back there. So I waited another 15 to 20 min for my pizza because he was not even back there.
Suggested solution:
I'd do a surprise visit to that store late at nite to see who's the in management and see first hand what employees you have working for the company then address them with a verbal to get it together.
