My complaint:
My delivered not arrived on time, I called the store, the lady who answered was very rude. I told her to just cancel my order, she hung up with a huff and didn’t even offer to try and fix issue, called back and I asked for a manager, she put me on hold and came bacl.ans them claimed she was manager and continued to be rude.. have order from this store many times and have had no issues. Very disappointed and upset about treatment by this lady.
Suggested solution:
This employee needs some customer service training and not allowed to qork with or talk with customers until finished
