Dominos Pizza complaint: Late order

My complaint:

I ordered my food at 7:45 pm and the food arrived at 10:04PM cold. 3 hours later, hard bread, cold pizza and wings.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund. I made several calls to the local number. It hangs up at the end
