My complaint:

I sign up for your reware program my Name is Diana reynolds. The order is under my husbands name Orris my address is 1201 S. Barlett.Ave. i order alot from you guys when i order and pay chas your company dont have a problem delivering here so i got enough points( 170 points
For a free pizza well two pizza or i had trouble placing the order finally after 212 hours of trying to place the order it went through. So i called the store to see when it would be ready the girl who answer the phone did not know what i was talking about. I just wanted to that they got my pizzas well i was told no order was placed so i went back to the Dominos app now itsays i dont have any points and they dont have my order. This had been so annoying. Its 8:19 havent feed my kids.i just want whay you guys said i could have

Suggested solution:

I think if i was the manager and have a stady coustomer i would have gladly seen we been haveing this problem for over a week i would have given me my pizza instread.but all she could do is say sorry cant help you. In other words not my problem.either you give back my points or give me my two pizzas.your tv ads says we have a guarantee . its all faults advertised. You dont help.
