My complaint:
I had ordered a pizza on 14th feb at 9:42 PM and the order delivered at 10:30PM. My order was cold. I had given a feedback on same day and also i had called to customer care but the number was going to be busy. Then next day morning, 15th feb again i had called to customer care and raised the complain.
On 15th feb, the supervisior of my nearest domino’s branch had called me and said that he will refund my amount but still pending.
Suggested solution:
Plz refund my money.
