My complaint:
I would like to file a major complaint against the store located at 1720 Hamrick Dr E Suite 1 Oxford AL 36203. I ordered a pizza that was delivered just after seven tonight. I then began receiving messages from, who I now know, was the driver. He stated that he would have come back to my house if he were not so busy. I called the store to complain, was told the manager would call me, and that the employee would probably be fired. I have yet to hear from the manager and am thinking of seeking legal action. I should be able to order a pizza without being harassed and made to feel unsafe in my own home. When I asked who it was texting me because I did not recognize the number, he finally said his name was Don. I am attaching the messages that he sent and expect to hear a response ly or I will be in contact with my lawyer.
