My complaint:

First, they didn’t know that I could upgrade the 5.99 pizza to a specialty for $3 more. They tried to overcharge me by $12, so I decided to place the order online. Once the order was placed correctly online, I called and told them the correct price and to use my $25 credit. Was place on hold for 10 min until they figured out how to correct their mistake. Once the order was picked up, I was told that I didn’t have a credit and I would have to pay for it. Well once the girl figured out my order was free she had a attitude and didn’t want to give me drink with it.

Suggested solution:

Better training with customers and learning your menu. I don’t work for dominos and I know your specials better than you do.
