My complaint:
I called the store on Wed. 6320 to see if they would honor my coupon because I was having trouble placing the order on the website. The rep that answered the phone told me no. I asked for a manager I was asked to hold when he came back he told me all managers were busy. I asked that a manager call me back and I’m still waiting for that call and it’s now Fri. 6520.
