My complaint:

I ordered some pasta. I called because I thought online it said delivery and apparently I made a mistake and clicked carry out but wanted to make sure they were delivering it to the right entrance at the hospital. My wife has kidney infection 9 months pregnant and loves dominos we recommend dominos to everyone actually. So, I couldn’t really leave and pick it up after trying to change it to delivery it was apparent John wasn’t handling the stress of dominos manager well. Continued to refuse to deliver then after awhile said it would take over an hour and a half when online it said 33 minutes at which point I asked if he’d like me to just go somewhere else. He then became rude at which point I became rude back due to the circumstances I’m in. He then cussed me out and said he’s cancel my order. It was unacceptable to the highest extent. Literally the first time I’ve had a problem ordering food or with customer service with dominos in my life.

Suggested solution:

I would like to see him terminated or demoted. He set a horrible example of leadership and put a horrible image on your store. I’d like a reply please
