My complaint:
I did my order online at 3pm June 8
I got a call back there were no delivery drivers
They would be in at 4pm
4pm no delivery drivers were at work
I called back at 6pm
My order had not been placed
I asked for a salad and cookie for compensation
No prob
630 I call to check on the order
Guy says 20 more minutes
I ask to speak to a manager
23 mins and I am still on hold
This is horrible customer service
I can hear them have conversations while I’m waiting for a manager
Someone is saying they are a year younger and they are playing back and forth
24 mins and still waiting to speak w a manager
The only reason I am still waiting is because I paid w my card and my 9 11 yr old likes dominoes

Remind you
I placed my order at 3pm
It is now 706 pm
EVERYTIME I order dominoes I spend $50-60
Today I think was $30
I am highly disappointed
Horrible customer service
I’m still holding for a manager
