Dominos Pizza complaint: I made a gpay payment and didn’t receive the order

My complaint:

I placed an order for amount 328 on dominos app and the payment went through but I didn’t get the order and the order didn’t get created on the dominos app as well.

Details – Your Citibank Ac has been debited with INR 328.00 on 30-JUL-2020 at 15:10 and account dominospizzaonline@paytm has been credited. UPI Ref no. 021215178213

Suggested solution:

Need a refund. Or pls send the order.
