My complaint:

This is the third time now that Dominos has made me wait far too long for a couple of pizzas. In clicking around the internet I see they have completely insulated themselves from getting complaints. I also see other peoples’ reviews who had the exact same problems with the exact same responses from employees. It’s like Dominos trains their people to lie to the consumer. For example: Your pizza is ready text – no it’s not. I have been waiting too long – oh, your pizza is in the oven. I have been waiting waaaay too long – oh your order was messed up and we’re making it now. I like Dominos pizza the best but am not willing to sit in my car for an hour waiting for it.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

My complaint cannot be resolved. I have received a credit for my order and went away hungry. At this point I will not buy from them again. In addition I will not participate in any group that does buy from them. When the subject of pizza comes up I will make it a point to discuss my issues with their service. In the end I hope to dissuade a thousand people from ever thinking about going to this Dominos again - a lofty goal but within reach.
