My complaint:
Keep trying to call because I can’t understand why he won’t take my order…..called 5 times. Now they has my phone number and he picks up and then hangs up on me.
So I decided to use my cell phone because I knew he wouldnt recognize the number. Now he picks up so I had just a moment to say I reported him and he just didn’t seem to care. You can now see he wasn’t as busy as he said he was.
Suggested solution:
I'm very upset for the treatment and his disrespect to a senior citizen. I'm not asking for anything but for you to handle this situation.
