My complaint:

I spent $50 with them and they delivered a completely wrong order then refused to fix it. And the lady I spoke with when I called stated she was the general manager and basically said that my family mistreated her staff when all we did was call to let them know that we spent good money with them and they got our order wrong and not to mention all the food was burnt. This was by far horrible service and good they definitely will not be getting my families business any further.

Suggested solution:

Either refund me my money or at least credit us for the bad service and mistreatment they did to my family.
