My complaint:
This is the third time in a row that I have ordered pizza and it has sat in quality inspection for at least an hour or more before it goes out for delivery. This has directly affected the quality of the pizza and its temperature. This will be my last time ordering from this store
Suggested solution:
By getting orders out as fast as possible. Hire more drivers to keep orders from taking well over an hour from the time of ordering to be delivered
