My complaint:
Good Evening, I would like to make a complaint against the store at this location. 5750 Milgen Road, Columbus Ga 31907. Friday Evening, I called this Dominoes location for the first time around 7pm. A young woman answered the phone and immediately placed me on hold. I figured they were busy so I waited with no problem for 7 minutes. I hung up and called right back thinking she maybe forgot I was on the phone. I called again and the same woman picked up and did the exact same thing before I could get a word out and I waited about 10 minutes this time. I hung up but proceeded to call again and again thinking that maybe she would let me know how I could place my order or to come in instead because they were so backed up. She never did. She picked up the phone 27 times and placed me on hold 27 times before I could ask her anything. She purposely did that. I’m a United States Army Soldier of 8 years and after a long day all I wanted was some pizza for me and my two babies 2 4. I had to get them dressed and go up to the store to figure out what I needed to do in order to place an order with with them. I spoke with spoke with one girl who I appreciated because she tried to help. She told me she was a manager in training. She went in to get the manager but heshe never came out. In all my years of living and out of all of the craziness I’ve seen in the military. I’ve NEVER seen such blatant disrespect. From the manager and from the woman who answered the phone 27 times but never helped me. I’m highly disappointed in how this store operates. I love Dominoes but this location needs HELP. Also I spoke with a bunch of the customers waiting outside for their pizza and they said they were waiting for over an hour for their food. I’ve never had this issue at the dominoes on postbase not at any other restaurant.
Suggested solution:
The store did not resolve my issue nor did the Manager who was present at the time attempt to help me in any way. I was left standing outside in 90 degree weather. May 21, 2021 @ 1900
They should’ve resolved this issue by
-Answering the phone and letting me know that they were to busy to take orders over the phone
-Putting more people on shift to help them if they know that Fridays are busy
-Putting someone else on the phone to answer calls and take orders with BETTER customer service
-The manager could’ve come to assist me instead of leaving me outside with an unresolved issue. I wasn’t being rude or loud or unreasonable. Everything I stated above is correct and true.
