Dominos Pizza complaint: Hold time over 30 minutes

My complaint:

Called for a store pick up pizza and was on hold forever, 30 minutes at a time,called 4 times ( I have phone records). Someone picked up twice and all they said was “ no deliveries,carry out only, then Please Hold. I was in route to carry out,turned around and drove to Kroger’s,for gas, Still no answer. Finally called Papa Johns, answered ly, took my order and pie was coming out of the oven when I got there.
Despite bungled Dominos lack of service, Papa saved the day.Hot,Fresh,Ready. Boom ,there it is.

Suggested solution:

Everyone needs a job,but this Tuesday night crew is going to put people out of work. No Driver..no problem I always carry out. But there had to be at least two employees at location, one male,one female, both hung me up “ on hold”. Service used to be very good but in my last four visits, service has nosed dived ,bottom of the tank. Square that store away,hire and train,and fire some people. No problem with the Pie, but that crew gives it a BLACK. EYE!!!!
