Complaint: Harassing by employee. And wrongfully treated by employer

My complaint:

I had to have another manager close for me the night of 24th of may . That night I received several nasty messages from the partner of that employee. Prior to the incident employee had assulted me in the past by putting me and a head lock at one point to where I couldn’t breathe and had to push him off of me. After the incident I went to boss and nothing was done. According to wrongly being treated by employer money was taken from my check bc I had told him i am not returning unless something is done about the situation bc I have a son and family and I was putting my life on the line and I didn’t go in bc the guy that had harassed me was going to be there. I really hope to get this resolved one way or another . So I hope I have a valid claim against this company.
