My complaint:
Unfortunately I put 1 number wrong on my address so they delivered it next door. They called me once but I did not have my phone on me. They left almost instantly because I checked outside to see if anyone was there but no one was there.
I got a call from a rude guy telling me what happened and i ha to pick it up if i wanted the food. I told him i did not have any way of picking it up and he hung up on me. I called once more to just cancel it and get my refund and he hung up on me again. He picked up the third time and said it would be refunded. I redeemed a free pizza and he said there was no way i can get that anymore.
Suggested solution:
Get my 60 points to redeem a pizza and for them to listen to the customer not just hang up.
