My complaint:
On two separate occasions she was very disrespectful and rude to my husband and I. Told my husband she would cancel his order(rudely) because the put his shirt over his face instead. And hung up on me because I didn’t have the address fast enough for her.
Suggested solution:
She needs to changed her attitude towards customers or be fired because you don’t treat customers with the level of disrespect she had given us..
