My complaint:
My pizza arrived with a smashed box which the pizza spreaded on the inside side of box. The wings were soggy with very light sauce of which I didn’t specify.
Suggested solution:
1. Speak with the managers on duty about quality control
2. Managers develop a criteria for workers to follow with a weekly check in of food preparation. The compensation depends on performance and not just attendance.
