We ordered 2 large pizzas online. One was pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms with light sauce. That one turned out fine. But the 2nd pizza which was a hand tossed 3 meat (pepperoni, sausage, and bacon) with light sauce. However when I went to check it, I noticed that it was burnt, paper thing crust and had light cheese as well. And I bought this to the lady at the drive through attention I got met with instant attitude and was told that how I ordered it. And that it was burned down to it being light sauce. Then she said its because its light cheese. Then she said it was because sometimes the dough just don’t turn out right. And the proceeds to tell me that its my fault, my responsibility, and my problem. So by this time my wife is very upset so we leave and call to talk to the manager. I asked the manager (Yang Gry) he was corporate or franchise. He said it was corporate. And he immediately asks if we was the ones that ordered wrong and wanted them to fix it (was more so trying to get them not to burn it). I asked for the corporate number and he responded by telling me that he doesn’t have a corporate number, that he only talks to his general manager and that his general manager won’t be back until next week.
Personally I'd say train the employees in customer service and general common decency and refund.
